Mount Juliet Estate is a 125 bedroom luxury resort hotel, situated on 500 acres near Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny (20 kilometers from Kilkenny and 138 kilometers from Dublin).
In December 2019, Mount Juliet Estate became an Autograph Collection property, joining the Marriott family under a franchise agreement. Amenities on the Estate include an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course, an equestrian centre, spa & leisure centre and the Michelin-starred Lady Helen Restaurant.
Mount Juliet Estate will be the venue for the 2020 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, having hosted the historic event back in 1993, 1994 and 1995. John Rahm, who has already confirmed his attendance at the tournament, will defend his title at the luxurious estate, from May 28-31, where 2010 U.S. Open champion and Ryder Cup hero Graeme McDowell will serve as a host.
Tetrarch and its investment partners acquired the Estate in 2014.
In 2017, Tetrarch oversaw the construction of a new 93 bedroom room hotel (Hunter's Yard Hotel) and an extensive refurbishment of all food and beverage outlets, including a new banqueting suite.
Killashee Hotel is a 4 Star, 141 bedroom hotel located in Naas, Co. Kildare.
The hotel has 10 meeting rooms and 2 conjoining banqueting rooms. On the property, there is also an extensive leisure centre and an award-winning spa.
Tetrarch and its JV partner acquired the hotel in 2014.
Currently 36 rooms with ambitious development plans
The Dawson Hotel is a 36 bedroom boutique hotel located on one of Dublin's most prominent streets, Dawson Street (adjacent to St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street, Dublin's prime shopping street).
The Dawson overlooks the Mansion House (home to the Dublin's Lord Mayor) and is home to Sam's Bar and 35 Dawson Street, which was launched as a private event space in 2018. The hotel also has a day spa on site.
Tetrarch and its investment partners acquired the property in 2015.
Tetrarch recently reached agreement with the neighbouring Royal Irish Automobile Club to redevelop the combined properties to provide c. 117 rooms and new hotel and club facilities. Planning permission for the redevelopment was received in November 2019 and construction is expected to commence in 2020.
