Howth Castle and Demesne is situated just outside the village of Howth, Co. Dublin (17 kilometers from Dublin city centre). The estate which had previously been owned by the Gaisford-St Lawrence family for more than 840 years was acquired by Tetrarch in 2019.
Howth Castle and Demesne encompasses the Deer Park hotel and golf courses as well as Ireland's Eye, a small uninhabited island of c.60 acres off the coast of Howth, which is an iconic Irish landmark. The estate covers more than 470 acres of walled gardens, woodland, heathland and rhododendron gardens, and has exceptional views over Dublin Bay and Howth harbour.
Parnell Place is a development site in a prime location in Cork city centre, adjacent to the city’s main bus station. The property comprises two warehouse buildings and a vacant adjacent site.
