Townsend Street

This development site is located in the heart of the south city centre in Dublin 2, close to our Mark Street site and within walking distance of many of the city’s most visited locations (Trinity College, St. Stephen’s Green) and its key business districts (Georgian Dublin, the South Docks and the IFSC).

It is adjacent to George's Quay, Ulster Bank's Dublin headquarters, and within 100 metres of the new Trinity Business School.

Tetrarch has commenced construction of a 202 unit aparthotel on the site.

Mark Street

The Mark Street site is also located in the heart of the south city centre in Dublin 2. It is less than 50 metres from the Pearse Street entrance to the new Trinity Business School.

Tetrarch has commenced construction on a 142 unit aparthotel on the site.

Howth Castle and Demesne

Howth Castle and Demesne is situated just outside the village of Howth, Co. Dublin (17 kilometers from Dublin city centre). The estate which had previously been owned by the Gaisford-St Lawrence family for more than 840 years was acquired by Tetrarch in 2019.

Howth Castle and Demesne encompasses the Deer Park hotel and golf courses as well as Ireland's Eye, a small uninhabited island of c.60 acres off the coast of Howth, which is an iconic Irish landmark. The estate covers more than 470 acres of walled gardens, woodland, heathland and rhododendron gardens, and has exceptional views over Dublin Bay and Howth harbour.

Parnell Place

Parnell Place is a development site in a prime location in Cork city centre, adjacent to the city’s main bus station. The property comprises two warehouse buildings and a vacant adjacent site.

Tetrarch acquired the site from Cork City Council in December 2017 and is working on plans to develop a hip new urban budget hotel concept aimed at the millennial traveller.
