Our Team

Kristina Anastasova

Accounts Assistant

Kristina joined Tetrarch in 2019 as an Accounts Assistant to the Finance Team. Kristina joined Tetrarch from at DLL Leasing DAC, a global vendor finance company, where she also worked as an Accounts Assistant.

 Kristina is a qualified Accounting Technician and is currently studying for a Bachelor Degree in Business and Finance at TU Dublin.

Joe Bedford

Facilities, Golf & Grounds (Consultant)

 Joe has been consulting for Tetrarch since 2014, overseeing facilities, golf and grounds at our resort assets.

Joe is a specialist in golf course management, operation and design having overseen the development and management of golf courses in Ireland and internationally.

Joe also acts as Project Coordinator for Paul McGinley (Ryder Cup Winning Captain 2014) Golf Course Design.

Pauline Brady

Asset Manager

Pauline joined Tetrarch in 2013 to focus on the asset management of Tetrarch's office and hospitality portfolio.

Pauline has 20 years of asset and property management experience.

Previously, she was Head of Property Management for Zoe Developments/Danninger. Pauline also worked for Dunloe Ewart Plc (1997-2002) and was a commercial paralegal with Noel Smyth & Partners (1980-1997).

Pauline has a legal diploma, a property diploma and is a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland).

Courtney Brennan

Investment Analyst

Courtney joined Tetrarch Capital in 2019 and is responsible for helping the investment team with the financial and investment appraisal of assets and developing underwriting models and business plans. 

Prior to joining Tetrarch, Courtney worked in investment banking as a mergers and acquisitions analyst in Canaccord Genuity London and Pegasus Capital Dublin.

Courtney holds a BA in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin.

Martin Carroll

Senior Project Manager (Consultant)

Martin joined Tetrarch as a consultant in 2011 and  is responsible for the development, management and delivery of all construction projects across the portfolio. He is also responsible for all capital expenditure projects on existing trading assets.

Martin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience on projects in both the private and public sectors, with a particular focus in the hospitality and commercial sectors.

Martin is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Project Management.

Colm Daly

Investment Manager

Colm joined Tetrarch Capital in 2018 and is responsible for the financial and investment appraisal of assets and developing underwriting models and business plans. 

Prior to joining Tetrarch, Colm was an Assistant Manager in Deloitte Corporate Finance where he worked on a number of capital raising, refinancing and restructuring transactions across the hotel & leisure, real estate, construction and retail sectors.

Colm is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London and BA in Economics and Sociology from University College Dublin.

Eamonn Donnelly

Consolidation and FP &A Manager

Eamonn joined Tetrarch in 2016 and is responsible for financial reporting, compliance and financial controls for the commercial real estate assets.

Prior to joining Tetrarch, Eamonn worked with First Derivatives and Walsh O’Brien Harnett where qualified as a chartered accountant.

Eamonn studied Law at Queens University, Belfast and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).

Lynda Ellis

Office Manager 

Lynda joined Tetrarch in July 2019, having worked for the past twenty years as a Company Secretary. She oversees the running of the Tetrarch head office, as well as some company secretarial work.

Lynda has a BA, an MA and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Norah Farrell

Group Accountant

Norah joined Tetrarch in 2012 and is responsible for financial control over a number of hospitality assets.

Prior to this, Norah worked as an accountant for 5 years with the Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Norah also held various roles as a management accountant in professional services and retail firms.

Norah has a BA in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University and is an ACCA qualified accountant.

Margaret Gelly

Margaret works on the Development & Asset Management Team to ensure that a collaborative approach is taken to project delivery, while efficiently managing people, information, and workflows.  Margaret is leading the Development team in the adoption of 'Lean' initiatives.

Margaret joined Tetrarch in 2018 from Mount Juliet Estate where she delivered projects for the General Management office and the Estate Facilities team. 

Margaret has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.

Ray Gilmore

Head of Corporate Social Responsibility

Ray joined Tetrarch in 2019 and is responsible for the management and implementation of Tetrarch's Corporate Responsibility strategy. Integral to this strategy is partnering and collaborating with community organisations focusing on a number of key projects in Education and Enterprise and supporting those most in need in our community.

Prior to this, Ray worked in law and has a BA and LLB from NUI Galway. He is currently studying for a Diploma in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge

Aideen Hardiman

Asset Manager

Aideen joined Tetrarch in 2016 as an asset manager focusing on the commercial real estate portfolio.

Aideen has over 19 years’ experience in asset/property management with a particular focus on office and retail/shopping centre developments.

Aideen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Napier University, Edinburgh and Diploma in Construction Economics from Cork Institute of Technology.

Leon Kenny

Head of Finance & Business Support

Leon joined Tetrarch in 2018 to work in the hospitality operating platform overseeing financial performance and supporting business operations in order to maximise asset value.

Previously, Leon was the Chief Financial Officer of RAK Hospitality Holding, a United Arab Emirates based owner of hotels (1,466 keys), restaurants and leisure assets. Prior to this, Leon was the Finance and Business Support Manager for a portfolio of three hotels (1,036 keys) and a golf club managed by InterContinental Hotels Group in Dubai Festival City, Dubai.

Leon also has experience in corporate finance advisory in both Ireland and the United Arab Emirates following his training with KPMG in Dublin. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.

John Lawlor

Chartered Quantity Surveyor

John joined Tetrarch in 2015 as a project manager and is responsible for overseeing construction and capital expenditure across  the portfolio.

​John has 2​7 ​years' project experience, having previously worked with Carillion Plc,  P.J.Hegarty &  Sons, InterGEO Services and KSN Construction Consultants.

John is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.

Tom Sheridan

Development Director (Consultant)

Tom joined Tetrarch as a consultant in 2019 and is responsible for the development and delivery of all development projects across the portfolio.

Tom has over 25 years’ experience in the development and construction industry, managing of a wide range of projects, including a number of Mixed-Use Masterplanned Developments in Ireland, the UK and Australia.

Tom is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Institute of Project Managers.

Tracey Whelan

Financial Controller

Tracey joined Tetrarch in 2013 and is responsible for financial control and financial reporting of a number of the hospitality and development assets.

Tracey has over 25 years' experience working on real estate and development projects in Ireland. Prior to this, Tracey worked as Financial Controller in Mere Capital. Tracey also spent 12 years working with an established Irish property developer.

Tracey has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management with the ACCA.
