Pauline joined Tetrarch in 2013 to focus on the asset management of Tetrarch's office and hospitality portfolio.
Pauline has 20 years of asset and property management experience.
Previously, she was Head of Property Management for Zoe Developments/Danninger. Pauline also worked for Dunloe Ewart Plc (1997-2002) and was a commercial paralegal with Noel Smyth & Partners (1980-1997).
Pauline has a legal diploma, a property diploma and is a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland).
Ella joined Tetrarch in 2020 as a financial accountant focusing on the commercial real estate portfolio.
Prior to this, Ella trained as an auditor in KPMG’s Consumer, Industrial Markets audit department working with a range of clients in the food, property and energy industries.
Ella is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce International degree from University College Dublin and Universidad de Salamanca.
Norah joined Tetrarch in 2012 and is responsible for financial control over a number of hospitality assets.
Prior to this, Norah worked as an accountant for 5 years with the Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Norah also held various roles as a management accountant in professional services and retail firms.
Norah has a BA in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University and is an ACCA qualified accountant.
Aideen joined Tetrarch in 2016 as an asset manager focusing on the commercial real estate portfolio.
Aideen has over 19 years’ experience in asset/property management with a particular focus on office and retail/shopping centre developments.
Aideen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Napier University, Edinburgh and Diploma in Construction Economics from Cork Institute of Technology.
Leon joined Tetrarch in 2018 to work in the hospitality operating platform overseeing financial performance and supporting business operations in order to maximise asset value.
Previously, Leon was the Chief Financial Officer of RAK Hospitality Holding, a United Arab Emirates based owner of hotels (1,466 keys), restaurants and leisure assets. Prior to this, Leon was the Finance and Business Support Manager for a portfolio of three hotels (1,036 keys) and a golf club managed by InterContinental Hotels Group in Dubai Festival City, Dubai.
Leon also has experience in corporate finance advisory in both Ireland and the United Arab Emirates following his training with KPMG in Dublin. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
John joined Tetrarch in 2015 as a project manager and is responsible for overseeing construction and capital expenditure across the portfolio.
John has 27 years' project experience, having previously worked with Carillion Plc, P.J.Hegarty & Sons, InterGEO Services and KSN Construction Consultants.
John is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
Kristina joined Tetrarch in 2019 as an Accounts Assistant to the Finance Team. Kristina joined Tetrarch from at DLL Leasing DAC, a global vendor finance company, where she also worked as an Accounts Assistant.
Kristina is a qualified Accounting Technician and is currently studying for a Bachelor Degree in Business and Finance at TU Dublin.
Tracey joined Tetrarch in 2013 and is responsible for financial control and financial reporting of a number of the hospitality and development assets.
Tracey has over 25 years' experience working on real estate and development projects in Ireland. Prior to this, Tracey worked as Financial Controller in Mere Capital. Tracey also spent 12 years working with an established Irish property developer.
Tracey has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management with the ACCA.
Joe has been consulting for Tetrarch since 2014, overseeing facilities, golf and grounds at our resort assets.
Joe is a specialist in golf course management, operation and design having overseen the development and management of golf courses in Ireland and internationally.
Joe also acts as Project Coordinator for Paul McGinley (Ryder Cup Winning Captain 2014) Golf Course Design.
