Chloe Lipscombe

Group Finance Manager

Chloe joined Tetrarch in 2018 as Group Finance Manager and is responsible for the financial reporting of the Group.

Prior to joining Tetrarch, Chloe held a group finance manager role in Datalex plc, a travel solutions software company listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. Chloe completed her accountancy training contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers and completed her final admitting examinations in 2014.

She holds a MSc. Accounting and BSc. Business and Management, both from Dublin Institute of Technology.


Eamonn Donnelly

Consolidation and FP &A Manager

Eamonn joined Tetrarch in 2016 and is responsible for financial reporting, compliance and financial controls for the commercial real estate assets.

Prior to joining Tetrarch, Eamonn worked with First Derivatives and Walsh O’Brien Harnett where qualified as a chartered accountant.

Eamonn studied Law at Queens University, Belfast and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).

Tracey Whelan

Financial Controller

Tracey joined Tetrarch in 2013 and is responsible for financial control and financial reporting of a number of the hospitality and development assets.

Tracey has over 25 years' experience working on real estate and development projects in Ireland. Prior to this, Tracey worked as Financial Controller in Mere Capital. Tracey also spent 12 years working with an established Irish property developer.

Tracey has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management with the ACCA.

Norah Farrell

Group Accountant

Norah joined Tetrarch in 2012 and is responsible for financial control over a number of hospitality assets.

Prior to this, Norah worked as an accountant for 5 years with the Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Norah also held various roles as a management accountant in professional services and retail firms.

Norah has a BA in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University and is an ACCA qualified accountant.

Sinead Kettle

Accounting Technician

Sinead joined Tetrarch in 2014 and assists with financial control for a number of the hospitality assets.

Prior to joining Tetrarch, Sinead spent over 10 years working in the hospitality sector holding both operational and management roles.

Sinead recently graduated with a Diploma in Accounting with Accounting Technicians Ireland.
