Rory joined Tetrarch in 2016 to focus on new and existing investment underwriting, financial modelling and structuring debt and equity.
Prior to joining Tetrarch, Rory worked with Investec Corporate Finance and PwC in both Sydney and Dublin in both Corporate Finance and Audit.
Rory has a BSc in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
Colm joined Tetrarch Capital in 2018 and is responsible for the financial and investment appraisal of assets and developing underwriting models and business plans.
Prior to joining Tetrarch, Colm was an Assistant Manager in Deloitte Corporate Finance where he worked on a number of capital raising, refinancing and restructuring transactions across the hotel & leisure, real estate, construction and retail sectors.
Colm is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London and BA in Economics and Sociology from University College Dublin.
Brian joined Tetrarch in 2015 to focus on new and existing investment underwriting, financial modelling and structuring debt and equity.
Prior to joining Tetrarch, Brian was a corporate banking loan officer on the Commercial Real Estate team in KBC Bank.
Brian has a BA in Economics and an MSc in Financial Economics from University College Cork. Brian is also a CFA level 3 candidate.
Paddy MacDonagh joined Tetrarch Capital in 2018 to focus on new and existing investment underwriting.
Prior to this, Paddy managed two hostels in Dublin while completing his executive MBA. He also spent a year working on startups supported by Enterprise Ireland's New Frontiers program and won Ireland's Student Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2017.
