Leon joined Tetrarch in 2018 to work in the hospitality operating platform overseeing financial performance and supporting business operations in order to maximise asset value.
Previously, Leon was the Chief Financial Officer of RAK Hospitality Holding, a United Arab Emirates based owner of hotels (1,466 keys), restaurants and leisure assets. Prior to this, Leon was the Finance and Business Support Manager for a portfolio of three hotels (1,036 keys) and a golf club managed by InterContinental Hotels Group in Dubai Festival City, Dubai.
Leon also has experience in corporate finance advisory in both Ireland and the United Arab Emirates following his training with KPMG in Dublin. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
Glenn joined Tetrarch in 2015 to work in the hospitality operating platform with specific responsibility for operational oversight.
Glenn is a very experienced hotelier, with 31 years' experience in the industry. Glenn has previously held senior management positions at The Westbury, Jury’s Ballsbridge and Citywest, where Glenn was the General Manager before joining Tetrarch.
Glenn also was the Group General Manager for The Doyle Collection overseeing construction, refurbishments, rebranding and disposals projects over hotels in Ireland, United Kingdom and the USA.
Proinsias joined Tetrarch in 2016 and is responsible for assessing the trading performance of the hospitality assets and briefing senior management on performance.
Prior to this, Proinsias worked in Savills as a Hotel Analyst.
Proinsias qualified as a Chartered accountant in PWC and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Paul Davitt joined Tetrarch in 2014 and he is responsible for all aspects of group procurement, working closely with suppliers to ensure that all properties in the portfolio achieve the highest quality products at the best possible price. He also works on finance projects and has financial oversight of several properties in the group.
Paul has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is CIMA qualified.
Joe joined Tetrarch in 2014 to oversee facilities, golf and grounds at our resort assets.
Joe is a specialist in golf course management, operation and design having overseen the development and management of golf courses in Ireland and internationally.
Joe also acts as Project Coordinator for Paul McGinley (Ryder Cup Winning Captain 2014) Golf Course Design.
Diane joined Tetrarch in 2015 to oversee the Human Resources function of the hospitality assets. Dianne is responsible for resource planning, recruitment, staff training and development and compliance with employment laws and standards.
Diane has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality sector having worked with Forte Hotel Group Plc in London and Jurys Doyle Hotel in Dublin.
Diane is currently studying for a Diploma in Employment Law.
